Price of Electricity. The price in cents per kilowatt-hour includes: electric generation supply, transmission, capacity charges in PJM, and renewable energy credits; any applicable taxes, (excluding state sales tax and county tax).The price of electricity may include a Monthly Base Charge as outlined in the Plan Information Box. Clearview Energy’s supply charges do not include any EDC charges applied to the Customer.

Price of Electricity. The Customer will pay each invoice in full within twenty (20) days of the invoice date or in the timeframe established by the EDC. Customer payments remitted in response to a consolidated bill shall be pro-rated in accordance with procedures adopted by the PUC. If the Customer fails to remit payment when due, Clearview Energy reserves the right to terminate supply services. Failure to remit payment is considered a breach of this Agreement and the Customer may be liable to Clearview Energy for any applicable early termination fee. For any payment sent directly to Clearview Energy, which is returned by your financial institution for any reason, Clearview Energy will charge $20.00 for each payment transaction that is returned unpaid or not processed including: (1) returned checks, (2) returned electronic fund transfers, and (3) any other form of dishonored payment. This charge will be reflected as NSF Fee on your next bill, if applicable.

Price of Electricity. (a) The price of the electricity supplied by us is set out in the applicable Price Plan.
(b) Our up-to-date Price Plans may be obtained by calling us on 0000 000 000.
(c) The Price Plan offered by the Supplier to the Customer for the supply of electricity is conditional on the Customer meeting the Supplier's conditions with regard to profile class (as determined by the MRSO) and related matters. If you should change your meter type and/or your consumption is above or below a threshold specified in the Price Plan you are on, we may change your Price Plan to a Price Plan that is more appropriate to your level of consumption.
(d) If you are on a Variable Price Plan, we may change the price charged to you from time to time. We will communicate with you to let you know about any such changes and the date they become effective.
(e) If you are on a Fixed Energy Price Plan, the price comprises an Energy Rate, a Non- Energy Rate, a standing charge and any other charges which are payable in relation to your use of electricity. The Energy Rate will be fixed for the Commitment Period. All other rates, including the Non-Energy Rate and the standing charge may be subject to change during the Commitment Period. The PSO levy, VAT rate and any other tax or levy are not fixed and are subject to change during the Commitment Period. Any changes to the other rates, including the Non-Energy Rate, standing charges and/or charges as a result of I-SEM may be passed through to the Customer by us.
(f) If you are on a Fully Fixed Price Plan, the price will not change during the Commitment Period. This includes the applicable unit rate of electricity supplied, standing charges, wattless charges and capacity charges. The PSO levy, VAT rate and any other tax or levy, including any charges as a result of I-SEM, are not fixed and are subject to change during the Commitment Period.
Price of Electricity. 5.1. The price of Electricity or the basis for the formation of the price and the price package shall be agreed in Special Terms (before and hereinafter “Price of Electricity”).
5.2. If the parties have agreed on floating Price of Electricity based on the formula, the day-ahead hourly prices of the Nordic power exchange Nord Pool (NP) for the Estonian market area are used to calculate the price of hourly consumed Electricity. NP day-ahead hourly prices are also published on the website of Elering AS1.
5.3. The Price of Electricity agreed in the Special Terms is the final price to be paid by the Buyer for the Electricity, which includes VAT and other taxes valid at the time of concluding the Agreement in accordance with the applicable legislation in the Republic of Estonia. The Price of Electricity does not include charges for network service, excise duties, renewable energy fee and other possible charges payable to the network operator.
5.4. If the agreed price package includes a monthly fee and the validity of the Agreement in the given Accounting Period is shorter, the Buyer shall pay the monthly fee according to the number of days in the Accounting Period, where the daily fee is calculated by dividing the monthly fee by the number of calendar days. The monthly fee is added to the invoice for each month, regardless of whether the Buyer consumed the Electricity or whether the Seller exercises the right not to submit an invoice in accordance with clause 6.5 of the General Terms.
5.5. In case of an indefinite term Agreement, the Buyer has the right to request a change in the price package at any time by notifying the Seller at least 14 calendar days before the change of the calendar month. The new price package agreed by the parties will take effect from the beginning of the next calendar month.
5.6. In case of an indefinite term Agreement, the Seller has the right to unilaterally and without the Buyer's consent change the price package, pricing conditions (incl. Set monthly fee) and Price of Electricity if it is necessary to take into account changed circumstances (eg changes in legislation or competitive conditions, changes due to the development of the electricity market, significant change in the Electricity consumption of the Buyer) or is necessary due to the change of the Electricity sales principles by the Seller, notifying the Buyer thereof at least 1 month in advance.
