Primary Personnel definition

Primary Personnel means any of the following: (i) a natural person with at least a 20% aggregate ownership stake or equity interest in the in the Person (as defined below) applying for a License or a Licensee, unless the interest is solely a security, lien, profit sharing, or encumbrance; (ii) a natural person who manages, directs, or controls the operations of the commercial cannabis business, including but not limited to: a chief executive officer, president, vice president, officer, general manager, a member of the board of directors, a general partner, a managing member or a non- member manager, and/or a trustee(s) or persons who have control of the trust; (ii) if the Applicant or Licensee is owned in whole or in part by an entity and the entity includes natural persons who manage, direct, or control the operations of the Applicant or Licensee, those natural persons shall also be disclosed as Primary Personnel; and (iii) DCR may determine, in its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, that additional natural persons have the ability to manage, direct, or control the commercial cannabis business and meet the criteria of Primary Personnel. Upon notification by DCR, the Applicant or Licensee must disclose the natural person(s) as a Primary Personnel. (LAMC § 104.01(a)(39).)
Primary Personnel means any of the following: (i) a natural person with an aggregate ownership interest of 20 percent or more in the Person applying for a License or a Licensee, unless the interest is solely a security, lien, or encumbrance; (ii) the chief executive officer, managing member(s), or a general partner of a nonprofit or other entity seeking licensure; or (iii) the chief executive officer, managing member(s), or a general partner of any Person with an aggregate ownership interest of 20 percent or more in the Person seeking licensure. (LAMC § 104.01(a)(38).)
Primary Personnel means any of the following: (i) a natural person with an Aggregate ownership interest of 20 percent or more in the Person applying for a License or a Licensee, unless the interest is solely a security, lien, or encumbrance; (ii) an Individual who manages, directs, or controls the operations of the commercial cannabis business, including but not limited to: (a) a chief executive officer, a member of the board of directors, a general partner, a managing member or a non-member manager, and/or a trustee(s) and persons who have control of the trust, whichever is applicable; or (b) an Individual with the authority to execute contracts on behalf of the commercial cannabis business; (iii) if the Applicant or Licensee is owned in whole or in part by an entity and the entity includes Individuals who manage, direct, or control the operations of the Applicant or Licensee those Individuals shall also be disclosed as Primary Personnel; and (iv) DCR may determine, on a case-by-case basis, that additional Individuals have the ability to manage, direct, or control the commercial cannabis business and meet the criteria of Primary Personnel. Upon notification by DCR, the Applicant or Licensee must disclose the Individual as a Primary Personnel.

Examples of Primary Personnel in a sentence

  • A Licensee or Applicant shall notify DCR in writing of any judgment or civil penalty entered against the Licensee or Applicant, any Owner of the Licensee or Applicant, any Primary Personnel of the Licensee or Applicant, or Management Company, by electronic mail, within 48 hours of delivery of the verdict or entry of judgment, whichever is sooner.

  • The Licensee is required to provide a copy of the Rules and Regulations for Cannabis Procedures to any and all Primary Personnel, managers, and the person-in-charge.

Related to Primary Personnel

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Support Personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.

  • Principals or Key Personnel means and refers to those principals and key personnel of the Contractor, and its or their agents, as described in C.G.S. §§ 4-250(5) and 4-252(c)(1)(B) and (C).

  • Primary Care Provider (PCP) means a health care professional who is contracted with BCBSAZ as a PCP and generally specializes in or focuses on the following practice areas: internal medicine, family practice, general practice, pediatrics or any other classification of provider approved as a PCP by BCBSAZ. Your benefit plan does not require you to have a PCP or to have a PCP authorize specialist referrals.
