Project Implementation Plans definition

Project Implementation Plans means the plans established for each set of Project activities outlining operational modalities for the implementation of each said set of activities including, inter alia, the institutional, disbursement, procurement and environmental mitigation arrangements for the implementation of the Project, referred to in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and adopted by the Recipient on February 21, 2005, as the same may be amended by agreement of the parties from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plans.
Project Implementation Plans means, collectively, the MIME Project Implementation Plan and the PPWSA Project Implementation Plan, satisfactory to the Association, ddopted by MIME and PPWSAP respectively on _______ for cathe Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
