Project Procedures Manual definition

Project Procedures Manual shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2.2 hereof.

Project Procedures Manual means a document or series of documents developed by the EPCM Contractor in consultation with the Owner as part of the EPCM Work, setting forth policies and administrative procedures to be followed by the Owner, the EPCM Contractor, Third Party Contractors, Project Contractors and others in connection with reports, data retention or generation, changes, invoices, payment and all other matters related to engineering and construction at the Project.

Project Procedures Manual means the Recipient’s manual, referred to in Section 5.01 (a) of this Agreement, agreed with the Association and outlining implementation, organizational, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation, financial management, disbursement, and procurement arrangements for purposes of implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to said Manual.
Project Procedures Manual means the document developed by Contractor and approved by Owner, in English and Chinese, that describes the administrative procedures to be used for Contractor and Owner interface during the performance of the Work.
Project Procedures Manual means the manual attached as Appendix W hereto, as the same may be revised from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1.2.2 hereof, which manual provides the guidelines by which the normal working relationships will be conducted between Owner (and its designees or assigns) and Contractor.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Bank, and such term includes any schedules to the POM.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Operating Manual means Exhibit A of the Conditions.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means a Project Implementation Unit referred to in paragraph 2 (a) of Schedule 1 to the Project Agreement;
