Project Procedures Manual definition

Project Procedures Manual shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2.2 hereof.

Project Procedures Manual means the Recipient’s manual, referred to in Section 5.01 (a) of this Agreement, agreed with the Association and outlining implementation, organizational, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation, financial management, disbursement, and procurement arrangements for purposes of implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to said Manual.
Project Procedures Manual means the Recipient’s Project Procedures Manual, (Xxxxxx xx Xxxx en Oeuvre) dated March 26, 2004, referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, whose substance is satisfactory to the Bank, which sets out the principles and procedures governing the implementation of the Project, and which, inter alia: (i) defines the respective roles and responsibilities of the agencies involved in the implementation of the Project; (ii) sets forth the timetable of actions required to be carried out under the Project; (iii) identifies the procedures to be used for monitoring and evaluating progress towards the achievement of the objectives of the Project; (iv) details the procurement procedures for the Project; and (v) details the financial management procedures for the Project, including, inter alia, the auditing, accounting and financial reporting arrangements for the Project;
Project Procedures Manual means the document developed by Contractor and approved by Owner, in English and Chinese, that describes the administrative procedures to be used for Contractor and Owner interface during the performance of the Work.
