Project Standards definition

Project Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.1 (Project Standards).
Project Standards means code requirements of a concentrated code enforcement project and a rehabilitation project, and provisions of the urban renewal plan for the urban renewal project.
Project Standards means the design, construction, operation, maintenance and other standards applicable to a Project as generally defined in Exhibit D. Project Standards may be revised as agreed between Landlord and Tenant.

More Definitions of Project Standards

Project Standards means: (i) all applicable Laws; (ii) the terms and conditions of all Permits; (iii) Good Utility Practice; (iv) the description of the Seller’s Plant in Appendix B; (v) the obligations in section 4.7 related to metering; (vi) the requirement that Energy must qualify as Clean Energy; (vii) the terms and conditions of this EPA and the Interconnection Agreement, including all associated operating orders; and (viii) the Contractor Standards for Ethical Conduct applicable to Buyer contracts, as it may be amended, revised or restated from time to time, that is posted on the Buyer’s website.

Project Standards. Based on the blockchain distributed ledger, and smart contracts, an alliance chain shall be established for the monitoring and control of safety and quality of the hotel management process including raw material logistics, up to customer service. The whole process can be tracked with its time stamps so that customers staying in the hotel will feel like at home, making the first hotel with transparent management that will have traveler feeling like staying at their own home!
Project Standards. Combined with the ERP system, the blockchain technology shall upgrade Party B’s quality, safety, and management standards for the hotels from multiple dimensions. Specifically, to make Party B a top notch hotel group in China’s hotel industry, or even a worldwide reputed enterprise in terms of six dimensions, namely, hotel cashflow management, a full supply chain, information access, logistics, human resources, and the cultural branding.
Project Standards mean: (a) all applicable Laws; (b) the terms and conditions of all Permits, including land tenure agreements, issued in connection with the Seller’s Plant; (c) Good Utility Practice; (d) the Seller’s Plant Description; (e) the requirement that Energy, excluding Energy generated from Auxiliary Fuel, must qualify as Clean or Renewable Electricity; (f) the requirement that Auxiliary Fuel, excluding Start-up Fuel and determined in GJ, used in any year must not exceed the Auxiliary Fuel Annual Baseline for that year; (g) the terms and conditions of this EPA and the Interconnection Agreement; and (h) the Code of Conduct Guidelines Applicable to BC Hydro Contracts in effect as of the date specified for submission of Proposals under the RFP.
Project Standards means any and all standards referenced in this Contract, and includes SAUDI ARAMCO standards and Good Engineering Practice.
Project Standards means best international practice in corporate governance, business ethics, sustainability and transparency, and all applicable international laws and Legislation in Force in relation to these matters as well as with the principles listed below:
