The Company shall ensure that no part of any payment, compensation, reimbursement or fee paid by Aegis pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise will be used directly or indirectly as a corrupt payment, gratuity, emolument, bribe, kickback or other improper benefit to a Public Official or Entity.
Sinotau shall notify FluoroPharma immediately if, during the Term of this Agreement, (i) any Interested Person becomes a Public Official or Entity, or (ii) any Public Official or Entity acquires a legal or beneficial interest in Sinotau.

Party A shall own all intellectual property rights developed or discovered through research and development in the course of providing Services, or derived from the provision of the Services.
