REFUND AND FORFEITURE POLICIES. Students leaving University housing without being granted a "contract termination" by the Residence Life Office are responsible for the full cost of the contract. A. A contract termination granted after the start of the contract date, for any of the following documented reasons will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit as a Contract Termination Fee: a waiting list situation permits a release; withdrawal from the University; being dropped from the University at the end of the first semester or summer sessions; transfer to another college or university. B. A contract termination granted for any of the following reasons will not be subject to advance deposit forfeiture: denial of admission to the University; being dropped from the University at the end of the academic year; assignment to, or participation in, a University-sponsored internship, research, or exchange program which requires living more than 30 miles from the UW-Green Bay campus (0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx); serious illness or injury to self or a member of immediate family or death in immediate family which prevents attendance at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay; marriage; or armed forces conscription. C. A contract termination because of administrative dismissal or disciplinary dismissal from the University and/or University residence may result in forfeiture of the advance deposit as a Contract Termination Fee. D. Students granted a contract termination after the start of the contract will be refunded any unused housing payments on a prorated basis according to the Rate Schedule provided. Appropriate check-out procedures must be observed in accordance with Item 18, Check-in and Check-out. No refunds will be made for departures during the last four weeks of the first or second semester. E. A portion or all of any contract payment may be forfeited as full or partial payment to cover unpaid charges from present or previous Residence Life agreements or the cost of repairs, replacement, or labor caused as a result of damage by resident. F. New incoming freshmen will forfeit the entire advance deposit amount if a contract is cancelled after May 1. All other students will forfeit the entire advance deposit amount upon contract cancellation regardless of the date, except for reasons identified in 12.B. above. G. The advance deposit will be transferred from one contract period to the next upon re-contracting, and will be returned approximately six weeks after formal non-returning check-out procedure...

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Exchange Policies means the policies, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Exchange governing the granting of options by the Company, as amended from time to time;

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Life Insurance Policy has the meaning given in Section 6.11.

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

  • Mortgage Impairment Insurance Policy A mortgage impairment or blanket hazard insurance policy as described in Section 4.11.

  • Mandatory Policies means the University’s policies listed in Schedule 3 (Mandatory Policies).

  • Forfeiture Restrictions means any prohibitions and restrictions set forth herein with respect to the sale or other disposition of Shares issued to the Recipient hereunder and the obligation to forfeit and surrender such shares to the Company.

  • Company Equity Awards means the Company RSU Awards and the Company PSU Awards.

  • exchange policy means Exchange Policy 4.6 - Public Offering by Short Form Offering Document and Exchange Form 4H - Short Form Offering Document, of the TSX Venture Exchange as amended from time to time;

  • life policy means a contract in terms of which a person, in return for a premium, undertakes to -
