Regular Status Employee definition

Regular Status Employee. An employee who successfully completes a trial service period. Job Share Position: A full-time position identified by the appointing authority in the classified service that is classified as one that may be held by more than one individual on a shared time basis whereby the individuals holding the position work less than full-time.
Regular Status Employee means a career employee of the Employer who is not required to serve a probationary period or has successfully completed a required probationary period and any extensions thereof.
Regular Status Employee means one who has completed the probationary period and who is hired without a predetermined end date of employment.

  • Continuous Status as an Employee means the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an Employee. Continuous Status as an Employee shall not be considered interrupted in the case of a leave of absence agreed to in writing by the Company, provided that such leave is for a period of not more than 90 days or reemployment upon the expiration of such leave is guaranteed by contract or statute.

The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Salaried Employee means an employee who is not covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act who regularly receives each pay period a predetermined amount constituting all or part of compensation. This base salary cannot be reduced because of variations in the quality or quantity of work performed.
