Requisition Certificate definition

Requisition Certificate means a certificate in the form of attached Exhibit E delivered pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.

Requisition Certificate means the certificate signed by an authorized official of the State or Educational Institution authorizing the Authority and the Trustee to make payments to the extent available from the Acquisition Account to pay the Authority's Facility Cost subject to this Agreement and the Trust Indenture.
