Retained Services definition

Retained Services has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b).

Retained Services shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.3.

Examples of Retained Services in a sentence

• The Administrator shall have no obligation to provide such Retained Services but shall provide assistance with respect to the Administered Business reasonably requested by the Company in connection therewith in a timely manner to enable the Company to perform such Retained Services.

More Definitions of Retained Services

Retained Services means the services and responsibilities retained by Client Group including as set forth in Schedule A to the applicable Service Agreement.
