RFT Documents definition

RFT Documents means Request for Tender #PW-02-2023, inclusive of all of its Appendices: Special Provisions (Appendix “A”); Response Form (Appendix “B”); Form of Tender (Appendix “C”); the Location Map (Appendix “D”); Bid Bond Agreement (Appendix “E”); and the Form of Potential Contract (Appendix “F”); and any documents incorporated by reference into the RFT.
RFT Documents means all the documents described in the Request for Tenders RFT 2017/7 as RFT documents;
RFT Documents means the documents listed in paragraph 3.2.1.

Examples of RFT Documents in a sentence

  • This includes not copying this RFT or the RFT Documents (including any attached technical and other written information supplied by the Council) and providing a copy to any third party not involved in the preparation of a Tender.

  • Tenderers must not use this RFT or the RFT Documents (including any attached technical and other written information supplied by the Council) for any purpose other than to prepare a Tender.

  • The Bidder acknowledges that the terms of the "bid contract" are represented by the RFT Documents (hereinafter defined).

  • No other statement, whether oral or written, made by the City will amend the RFT Documents.

  • Failure to respond to or meet any of the requirements set out in this RFT and the RFT Documents will result in the Tender being deemed a Non-Conforming Tender.

  • Tenderers must, if required by the Council, return the RFT Documents to the Council if they have not submitted a Tender before the Closing Date.

  • Technical Specifications will be issued for each RFT and the Contractor will be bound by the Technical Specifications within the RFT Documents which at a minimum will comply with the Building Regulations (1997-2014) and Technical Guidance Documents.

  • Unsuccessful Tenderers must, if required by the Council, return the RFT Documents to the Council, once they have been advised that their Tender has been unsuccessful.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Relevant Documents has the meaning specified in Section 11.02.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • Lessee Documents Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.

  • Subordinated Documents means the Subordinated Note and any and all other documents, agreements, writings or instruments executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto, in each case, as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, modified, restated or Refinanced in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
