Roof Terrace definition

Roof Terrace has the meaning set forth in Section 27.2.
Roof Terrace means the ultimate roof over and above of the said building and it should be treated as one of the common areas and facilities.
Roof Terrace means the ultimate roof over and above the Top Floor of the said building under Section 3(d)(2) of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 and it should be treated as one of the common areas and facilities.

  • Landlord shall have the right to prescribe reasonable rules and regulations for Tenant’s use of the Roof Terrace from time to time.

  • If Landlord notifies Tenant in writing that a violation of the Roof Terrace rules and regulations has occurred, and thereafter the same or a similar violation occurs beyond applicable notice and cure periods, Landlord shall have the right to revoke Tenant’s right to use the Roof Terrace.
