Rostered Hours of Work definition

Rostered Hours of Work means the hours required to be worked by you;
Rostered Hours of Work means the hours required to be worked by an Employee.
Rostered Hours of Work means the hours that the employee is rostered to work as shown on the roster issued by the employer.

More Definitions of Rostered Hours of Work

Rostered Hours of Work means the hours required to be worked by an Employee. 3.14. "Salaried Employee" means an Employee who receives an annual salary in satisfaction of all hours worked and who does not receive payment for additional hours worked in accordance with Clause 20. 3.15. "Schedule" means a Schedule to this Agreement. 3.16. "Shift" means the continuous period of time from when an Employee starts work to when the Employee finishes work for any rostered shift (excluding unpaid meal breaks). 3.17. "Wage Rate" means: (a) In the case of full time Salaried Employees, the relevant salary set out in the nominated Minimum Wage Rates Schedule (expressed either as an annual amount or as a notional hourly amount); or (b) In the case of Non- salaried Employees, one of the following rates of pay set out in the nominated Minimum Wage Rates Schedule: (i) Ordinary Wage Rate; (ii) Casual Wage Rate; or (iii) Loaded Wage Rate. (c) "Ordinary Wage Rate" means the Wage Rate payable for all Rostered Hours of Work. (d) "Casual Wage Rate" means the Wage Rate paid to Casual Employees for all Rostered Hours of Work, including a casual loading. (e) "Loaded Wage Rate" means the Ordinary Wage Rate, plus a component for pre• payment of annual leave and personal leave entitlements.

  • hours of work means time during which seafarers are required to do work on account of the ship;

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.
