Incidents and accidents. In the event that they have an accident or incident while at work or witness one while at work, the SW will immediately report that to their Care Coordinator, community nurse or SW Coordinator and complete an Accident/Incident form. If the SW suffers an accident while at work as a result of which they may need to have time away from work they agree to provide Access Community Health (if requested) with a report as to the nature and origin of that accident and their ability to return to work.

Incidents and accidents. 22.1.1 All incidents or accidents involving the death of or injury to any person, any criminal offence committed at any Cash Collection Point, Cash Delivery Point and/or Cash Deposit Point that directly relates to the Services provided by the Service Provider in this Agreement shall immediately be reported to the local police station and to SAPO.   • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Investigation of Accidents The Occupational Health and Safety Committees, as provided in Clause 22.2, shall be notified of each accident or injury and shall investigate and report to the Union and Employer on the nature and cause of the accident or injury.   • Vandalism Or Malicious Mischief This peril does not include loss to property on the "residence premises", and any ensuing loss caused by any intentional and wrongful act com- mitted in the course of the vandalism or malicious mischief, if the dwelling has been vacant for more than 60 consecutive days immediately before the loss. A dwelling being constructed is not consid- ered vacant.

  • Acts of God, etc FIIOC and FSC shall not be liable for delays or errors occurring by reason of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, work stoppages, fire, flood, catastrophe, acts of God, insurrection, war, riot, or failure of communication equipment of common carriers or power supply. In the event of equipment breakdowns beyond its control, FIIOC and FSC, as applicable, shall, at no additional expense to any Trust, take reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions and mitigate their effects but shall have no liability with respect thereto. FIIOC and FSC shall enter into and shall maintain in effect with appropriate parties one or more agreements making reasonable provision for emergency use of electronic data processing equipment.

  • Environmental Events The Borrower will, and will cause BPI to, promptly give notice in writing to the Agent (i) upon Borrower’s or BPI’s obtaining knowledge of any material violation (as determined by the Borrower or BPI in the exercise of its reasonable discretion) of any Environmental Law regarding any Real Estate Asset or Borrower’s or BPI’s operations, (ii) upon Borrower’s or BPI’s obtaining knowledge of any known Release of any Hazardous Substance at, from, or into any Real Estate Asset which it reports in writing or is reportable by it in writing to any governmental authority and which is material in amount or nature or which could materially affect the value of such Real Estate Asset, (iii) upon Borrower’s or BPI’s receipt of any notice of material violation of any Environmental Laws or of any material Release of Hazardous Substances in violation of any Environmental Laws, including a notice or claim of liability or potential responsibility from any third party (including without limitation any federal, state or local governmental officials) and including notice of any formal inquiry, proceeding, demand, investigation or other action with regard to (A) Borrower’s or BPI’s or any other Person’s operation of any Real Estate Asset, (B) contamination on, from or into any Real Estate Asset, or (C) investigation or remediation of off-site locations at which Borrower or BPI or any of its predecessors are alleged to have directly or indirectly disposed of Hazardous Substances, or (iv) upon Borrower’s or BPI’s obtaining knowledge that any expense or loss has been incurred by such governmental authority in connection with the assessment, containment, removal or remediation of any Hazardous Substances with respect to which Borrower or BPI or any Partially-Owned Real Estate Entity may be liable or for which a lien may be imposed on any Real Estate Asset; any of which events described in clauses (i) through (iv) above would have a material adverse effect on the business, assets or financial condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole. As of the date hereof, the Borrower has notified the Agent of the matters referenced on Schedule 8.5(b), to the extent such matters are disclosed in the Form 10-K referred to therein.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.

  • Casualties Neither the business nor the properties of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries are affected by any fire, explosion, accident, strike, lockout or other labor dispute, drought, storm, hail, earthquake, embargo, act of God or of the public enemy or other casualty, materially adversely affecting the business, condition (financial or otherwise), operations, properties or prospects of the Borrower or any such Subsidiary.
