Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees to comply fully with the requirements of the attached Exhibit F, Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees to notify the Owner, at once and in any event within ten calendar days after execution of this Contract, of the amount of money the Owner should budget in order to cover costs identified in the Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees that, without cost to the Owner, the Design Professional shall make such proper and reasonable changes in the Site Plan and preliminary foundation design that are either necessary or desirable as required by the Stage One statement and subsequent investigation by the geotechnical engineer (see Subparagraph 1.1.2.6.3) obtained pursuant to the Site Memorandum. All information should be incorporated into the final Site Plan and final foundation design for the Stage Two statement. The Design Professional shall file copies with the Owner and accompany them with a current Statement of Probable Construction Cost, in the format shown in the Forms Packet, as a part of the next submittal required by this Contract. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2002, Section 8.4 for guidance on information which is generally developed in site development documents.)

Site Memorandum. 10.4.1 The Authority and the Concessionaire shall, on a mutually agreed date and time (but not later than the timeline specified below for the execution of the Site Memorandum), inspect the Site and prepare a memorandum containing an inventory of the Site including the vacant land, buildings, structures, road works, trees and any other immovable property on or attached to the Site (as applicable), free from any Encumbrance (“Site Memorandum”). The Authority and the Concessionaire shall execute the Site Memorandum in 2 (two) counterparts (each of which shall constitute an original) within 10 (ten) days of execution of Xxxxx Xxxx. In case of any disagreement between the Concessionaire and the Authority in relation to the survey and the inventory, the decision of the Authority shall prevail.

Site Memorandum. In furtherance of Article 6 of the present agreement, the Architect/Engineer agrees to comply fully with the requirements of the attached SITE MEMO­RANDUM. The Architect/Engineer agrees to notify the Owner at once, and in any event within ten days after execution of the present agreement, the amount of money which it shall be necessary to budget for the purpose of complying with the above­mentioned site memorandum. The Architect/Engineer agrees that without cost to the Owner he shall make such proper and reasonable changes in the design as the Stage One and Stage Two statement obtained pursuant to the site memorandum disclose are either necessary or desirable. The Archi­tect/En­gineer immediately upon their receipt shall file with the Owner copies of the Stage One and Stage Two statements of the soil engineer accompa­nied by a current budget certificate.
