Specialist Contractor definition

Specialist Contractor means such other contractors who are appointed by the BOK to perform other services and facilities simultaneously with this Contract.
Specialist Contractor means any contractor employed by the Employer to execute Specialist Works.
Specialist Contractor means contractors chosen by TICEL BIO PARK LTD., by their own process, without the involvement of LIFT & ALLIED Contractor, from prequalification to the stage of induction into the work as Independent stand alone contractors for specialized works such as Electrical & D.G.Sets, ACMV, Fire Protection & IBMS, Signage, Landscaping, etc. The Specialist Contractor will exercise quality control on all technical aspects and execution of work from planning stage till handing over to TICEL BIO PARK LTD., after all tests, inspections and approval of relevant Statutory Authorities and shall complete their respective specialized works concurrently within the target period for Civil Works.

Specialist Contractor means a person or other entity hired specifically to perform part of a construction project in their field of expertise.
