Spot Energy Price definition

Spot Energy Price. [as referred to in Section 3.2] means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the account’s hourly consumption or utility rate class consumption profile) of hourly Real Time prices for the trading hub indicated in the Transaction Confirmation and verified through the source also identified therein, plus all other elements of Full Requirements Service at their otherwise applicable net costs.
Spot Energy Price means the Average LMPZ for the Load Zone per MWh.
Spot Energy Price means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the applicable Sysco Party’s Actual Usage) Hourly Energy Price applicable to the California ISO delivery point plus uplifts such as ancillary services, losses, congestion, ISO and administrative fees, and other non-Utility related costs. Examples of Spot Energy Price in a sentence

  • EESI shall credit Sysco Corporation for each kWh of Excess Usage, an amount equal to the negative difference, if any, derived by subtracting (x) the EESI Energy Price from (y) the weighted average Spot Energy Price for the Facility Group for the applicable Billing Cycle.

  • EESI shall credit Sysco Corporation for each kWh of Deficiency Usage, an amount equal to the negative difference, if any, derived by subtracting (x) the weighted average Spot Energy Price for the Facility Group for the applicable Billing Cycle from (y) the EESI Energy Price.

Billing Contact Information: All invoices to Customer for service under this Sales Confirmation shall be provided to the person and address specified in the chart following the signature block of this Sales Confirmation.
