Staff Confidentiality. Any confidential personal information about staff of the Employer, which is directly learned by the Employer in the normal course of business, will be treated as strictly confidential and the Employer will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard it.
Staff Confidentiality. Any confidential, personal information about staff of the Centre will be treated as strictly confidential and the Employer shall take all reasonable precautions to safeguard it.
Staff Confidentiality. Local CHVP staff that has access to participant data must receive training locally on confidentiality and sign a Confidentiality Agreement at the time of employment. The agreement must be renewed annually and a current copy must be kept on file. All confidentiality and privacy requirements are detailed in the CDPH HIPAA Business Associate Addendum Exhibit G, Section II.M of the CDPH MCAH contract with each county. Counties are additionally responsible for ensuring that any subcontracting agencies also meet these requirements.
Staff Confidentiality. The Employer respects the privacy of all employees, and shall protect employee personal information in accordance with all applicable privacy legislation.
Staff Confidentiality i) From time to time, I may have a VA (sub-contracted Virtual Assistant) carrying out tasks for me related to our coaching.
Staff Confidentiality. I may employ or subcontract staff or virtual assistants to assist me in managing or moderating The Serenity Connective. These staff have access to confidential information on a need to know basis and are bound by the same privacy restrictions as any other member of The Serenity Connective. In most cases, they will also have signed a contract with me requiring strict confidentiality.

The Processor shall ensure that any persons used by the Processor to process Personal Data are subject to legally binding obligations of confidentiality in relation to the Personal Data and shall ensure that only such persons used by it to provide the Services have undergone training in Data Protection and in the care and handling of Personal Data;

The Supplier is to ensure that the Staff are made aware of the confidential nature of UBS Confidential Information and that they are reminded of their duties of confidentiality pursuant to their contracts of employment or their contracts for services, as the case may be. The Supplier shall ensure that any Staff accessing UBS Confidential Information shall sign a form as per that set out in the Supplier Staff Confidentiality Schedule, an original of which will be delivered by the Supplier to the UBS Service Manager for retention in UBS’ files. The Supplier shall ensure that labour agreements of any Staff accessing UBS Confidential Information includes an obligation upon such Staff regarding non-disclosure of any Confidential Information and personal liability for non-observance of such obligation.
