Staggered working hours means that part of the employee’s regular volume of work that is scheduled outside the regular schedule of daytime working hours at the employee’s workplace. Compensation for staggered working hours is paid in accordance with point 4 below. a. The parties are agreed that reasonable grounds should exist for the introduction of working staggered working hours.
