Subsequent Project Approvals definition

Subsequent Project Approvals means discretionary actions by City, pursuant to its Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance and the Specific Plan, which will regulate the development and subdivision of Project Area and which occur after the Effective Date. Subsequent Project Approvals include, but are not limited to, tentative maps, parcel maps, conditional use permits, PUD Permits, development review, and “Minor Amendments” to Specific Plan as defined in Section 14.3.1 of Specific Plan.
Subsequent Project Approvals means any additional project approvals required to implement the Project after the initial Project Approvals, including, without limitation, all approvals required under the SUD, DRDAP, site permits and building permits and all approvals required by the Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Subdivision Code, including all Subdivision Maps.
Subsequent Project Approvals means any and all Project Approvals approved after the date of approval of this Agreement in connection with development of the Property that are not inconsistent with the Applicable Rules and adopted in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, including the reservation of authority to the City set forth in Section 2.9.2(a) through (e). For purposes of this Agreement, Subsequent Project Approvals adopted consistent with the Applicable Rules and the requirements of this Agreement shall be deemed Project Rules once approved.

Examples of Subsequent Project Approvals in a sentence

  • Subsequent Project Approvals for the Project shall not be disapproved, conditioned or delayed by City for reasons inconsistent with the Applicable Rules in effect at the time as a Subsequent Project Approval applicable to the Property is approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The City shall employ all lawful actions capable of being undertaken by the City to promptly acknowledge all complete applications for Subsequent Project Approvals and process such applications in accordance with the Applicable Rules.

  • To carry out the intent of the Specific Plan, which creates a framework for development that allows for subsequent submittals of plot plans and signage approvals by phase, the Applicable Rules shall apply to and govern the Subsequent Project Approvals.

  • The City shall process and take final action on Owner’s applications for other Subsequent Project Approvals in accordance with all applicable laws.


More Definitions of Subsequent Project Approvals

Subsequent Project Approvals. Any Subsequent Project Approvals (as hereafter defined) at such time as City approves them.
Subsequent Project Approvals is defined in Section 10.1.
Subsequent Project Approvals means all Project approvals required by law or City policy after approval of this Agreement to construct the Project including, but not limited to, clearing and grading permits, preliminary and final subdivision approval, binding site plan approval, building permits and occupancy permits (as applicable), as defined by state law and local ordinance.

Subsequent Project Approvals means further Discretionary Actions or Discretionary Approvals, Ministerial Permits and Ministerial Approvals other than those listed in Section 1(dd)(i)-(vi) above that are required to carry out the Project, including, without limitation, any subdivision approvals, tree removal permits, affordable housing plan, grading permit, encroachment permit, substantial conformance review/conformance determination, minor deviation or deviation from the Specific Plan, conditional use permits, variances, street abandonments or vacations, design review approvals, demolition permits, improvement agreements, infrastructure agreements, building permits, right-of-way permits, lot line adjustments, sewer and water connection permits, certificates of occupancy, and landscaping plans. Following adoption or approval, a Subsequent Project Approval shall become a Project Approval.
Subsequent Project Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Recital H, and include (and are limited to) Subsequent Discretionary Approvals and Subsequent Ministerial Approvals.
