PRINCIPAL DUTIES. The principal duties of the Administrative Committee shall be as follows:
a.) To establish operating, scheduling and control procedures as needed to meet the requirements of coordinated operation, this Agreement and any requirements of the Transmission Provider;
b.) To address issues arising out of accounting and billing procedures;
c.) To coordinate regarding the changing service requirements of the Customer and the course of action the Parties will pursue to meet such requirements;
d.) To coordinate regarding facility construction and maintenance as appropriate, and to the extent agreed by the Parties; and
e.) To perform such other duties as may be specifically identified in, or required for the proper function of this Agreement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES. You will:
(a) perform such duties and functions for the Employer as management may reasonably request;
(b) at all times act faithfully, honestly and diligently;
(c) devote the whole of your time, attention, skills and ability to the performance of your obligations under the Contract whenever you are required to be on duty;
(d) use all proper means to maintain, improve and promote the business of the Employer;
(e) not, at any time, do anything contrary to the interests of the Employer or anything which does or may bring the Employer into disrepute or cause loss or damage to the Employer; and
(f) comply with all reasonable requests to perform any additional duties.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES. The Principal is employed as Principal and shall perform the duties of School Principal as prescribed by the laws of the State of California and the District’s job description for the Principal, attached.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES. Executive's employment hereunder shall be in the capacity of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In such capacity, Executive shall perform the duties for which he currently is responsible as an executive officer of Company. Executive shall perform his duties hereunder in accordance with any lawful instructions, rules, regulations or policies made or adopted by Company's Board of Directors, including those applicable to Company's Executives generally, provided that Executive shall not have his duties, authority, areas of responsibility, offices, immediate or support staff reduced or eliminated during the Employment Period. During the Employment Period, Executive shall devote his full time, and best efforts and skills to the business and interests of Company, do his utmost to further enhance and develop Company's best interests and welfare, and endeavor to improve his ability and knowledge of Company's business, particularly as it relates to his duties hereunder, in an effort to increase the value of his services for the mutual benefit of the parties hereto. During the Employment Period, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for Executive to (a) serve on corporate, civic, or charitable boards or committees (except for Boards or committees of a Competing Business (as defined in Section 4.1)), (b) deliver lectures, fulfill teaching or speaking engagements, (c) manage personal investments, so long as such activities do not materially interfere with performance of Executive's responsibilities under this Agreement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES. 5.1 You may be provided with an outline of your duties before or on commencement of your employment. The outline is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the duties you may be required to perform, rather an indication of the kinds of duties that fall within the scope of the position.
5.2 You also have general duties to:
(a) comply with reasonable directions given to you by the Employer
(b) at all times act faithfully, honestly and diligently
(c) ensure you are performing solely work related activities in work time
(d) exhibit a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with the Employer, its customers, employees, suppliers and other members of the public and
(e) act in the Employer’s best interests at all times.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES. To qualify to access or use Confidential Information, you will comply with the laws and Intermountain policies governing Confidential Information. Your principal duties regarding Confidential Information include, but are not limited to, the following:
A. Safeguard the privacy and security of Confidential Information;
B. Use Confidential Information only as needed to perform your legitimate and Intermountain-approved responsibilities. This means, among other things, that you will not:
(1) Access Confidential Information for which you have no legitimate need to know;
(2) Divulge, copy, release, sell, loan, revise, alter, or destroy any Confidential Information except as properly authorized within the scope of your legitimate and Intermountain-approved responsibilities; or
PRINCIPAL DUTIES. Respond to environment/comfort complaints 2. Perform shift tours and log readings 3. Start up/shut down major building equipment 4. All water treatment duties 5. Diesel, fire alarm, life safety tests 6. Filter changing 7. Belt changing 8. Perform minor repairs including: 9. Replace washers, faucets, sinks, clear toilets and drains, clean grease traps and sumps, re-pack valves, replace lamps, reset breakers ADDITIONAL DUTIES: 1. Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. 4th or 5th class operating engineers and/or significant associated experience 2. Extensive experience with BAS and HVAC systems. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be able to speak, read & write in English 2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required 3. Follow instructions both written and verbal. 4. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees and customer. 5. Accomplish all duties and tasks as assigned. PRINCIPAL DUTIES. 4.1 The Employer may offer you a range of Assignments according to your skills, training and trade capabilities. You must advise the Employer if your duties change during the Assignment and/or if you do not have the required skills or training to safely and competently perform the duties.
4.2 You will:
(a) perform such duties and functions as reasonably requested by the Employer and/or Host Client during each Assignment;
(b) act faithfully, honestly, diligently and to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all people that you come into contact with through the course of each Assignment;
(c) devote the whole of your time, attention, skills and ability to the performance of your obligations under the Agreement whenever you are required to be on duty;
(d) act in the Employer’s best interests at all times;
(e) comply with all reasonable requests to perform any additional duties;
(f) exhibit a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with the Employer, the Host Client, customers, employees, suppliers and other members of the public; and
(g) direct any complaint or query in respect of an Assignment or your employment to the Employer immediately upon becoming concerned or immediately upon requiring or needing an answer to your query. You must not take the matter up directly with the Host Client.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES. Employee's employment hereunder shall be in the capacity of President And Chief Executive Officer. In such capacity, Employee shall perform such duties as are prescribed for such office in Employer's Bylaws and as may from time to time be prescribed by Employer's Board of Directors or management more senior than Employee and which are reasonably related or incidental to the capacity in which Employee serves Employer. Employee shall perform diligently and to the best of his ability his duties hereunder in accordance with any lawful instructions, rules, regulations or policies made or adopted by Employer's Board of Directors, including those applicable to Employer's employees generally. During the Employment Period, Employee shall devote his full time, and best efforts and skills to the business and interests of Employer during Employer's normal working hours, do his utmost to further enhance and develop Employer's best interests and welfare, and endeavor to improve his ability and knowledge of Employer's business, particularly as it relates to his duties hereunder, in an effort to increase the value of his services for the mutual benefit of the parties hereto. At all times during the term of this Agreement, Employee shall project a positive and professional image on behalf of Employer.
