Symantec Materials definition

Symantec Materials means the materials provided in connection with the Services, including but not limited to the Alert Information, MATI Reports, Directed Threat Research reports, or Datafeeds, but not including any third party websites, or content thereon, that may be reached from any link contained in any such materials. “Subscription Instrument” means one or more of the following applicable documents which further defines Customer’s rights and obligation related to the Service: a Symantec certificate or a similar document issued by Symantec, or a written agreement between Customer and Symantec, that accompanies, precedes or follows the Service.
Symantec Materials means information provided by Symantec to Customer consisting of sales and marketing materials related to the VIP Network that Customer is authorized to use to promote, market, distribute and/or sell the VIP Network and VIP Credentials under this Agreement.
Symantec Materials means hard and electronic versions of any Symantec technical manual, sales and marketing material, hardware, or software related to the Products that Symantec makes available to you. "Symantec PKI" means the Symantec public key infrastructure that provides Products for individuals and organizations.

  • Symantec grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to: (a) use the Symantec Materials during the term of this Agreement solely in conjunction with the marketing, promotion and resale of the Products; and (b) modify certain Symantec Materials expressly designated for such purpose by incorporating your trademarks and/or brand features ("your Branding") in a manner consistent with Symantec brand guidelines.

  • Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately remove and cease to display all advertising and/or Symantec Materials.

Related to Symantec Materials

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.
