System Fees definition

System Fees means the amount of money a Member or non-Member pays to access and use the systems and applications developed or purchased by CJN or services provided by CJN. CJN shall not charge System Fees to the County for its non-Law Enforcement Agency users during the Initial Term of this Agreement. A Member’s System Fee is in addition to the Member’s annual Membership Fee.
System Fees means a reservation and marketing fee of three percent (3.0%) of rooms revenue, (ii) a Priority Club Fee of four and three-quarters percent (4.75%) of all qualifying folio revenue at a Hotel to Priority Club (i.e., the loyalty program of the "InterContinental" brand) members, (iii) a Technology Fee equal to $10.80 per guest room per month, (iv) an e-mail service fee equal to $15.00 per e-mail user per month and (v) an accounting fee of $15.00 per month per guest room, which fees shall be subject to increases on the terms and conditions that the corresponding fees under the New Management Agreement are subject to increase thereunder.
System Fees means the fees specified in Section 9.2, excluding the e-mail service fee and the accounting fee described therein.

Examples of System Fees in a sentence

  • Upon termination, System Fees that would have become owing after the date of termination of this Agreement are released and discharged by Organization.

  • Keyholder may terminate this Agreement at any time by returning the Equipment and Software to Organization and paying Organization any amounts owing prior to such termination, including (i) any applicable damages for the failure to return the Equipment and Software as set forth in Section 6(a) hereof, and (ii) any System Fees owing prior to such termination which remain unpaid.

  • Upon termination, System Fees, which would have become owing after the date of termination of this Agreement are released and discharged by Supra.

  • Keyholder may terminate this Agreement at any time by returning all Equipment, Software, and anything included with the Service which has been provided to Keyholder; deleting all Software from all of Keyholder’s personal computers and Devices; and paying Supra any amounts owing prior to such termination, including (i) any applicable liquidated damages and (ii) any unpaid System Fees owing prior to such termination.

More Definitions of System Fees

System Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c)(ii) of this Agreement.
