Target Bonus Award definition

Target Bonus Award means the standard bonus target percentages of base salaries, as defined under the Bonus Plan for the respective executive salary grades as determined pursuant to Company base salary compensation schedules in effect for eligible executives at a 100 percent performance factor as of December 31 of the year in which the Change in Control takes place.
Target Bonus Award means the target award payable under the Bonus Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 5(c).
Target Bonus Award for the year means the “Target Bonus Percentage” multiplied by a Participant’s Base Pay.

More Definitions of Target Bonus Award

Target Bonus Award means the target award payable under the Bonus Plan to a Participant, as determined by the Committee. Each Participant’s Target Bonus Award equals the product of such Participant’s (i) Base Salary, (ii) Target Bonus Percentage, and (ii) Multiplication Factor. For example, an Officer with a Base Salary is $200,000, whose Target Bonus Percentage is 40% would have his or her Bonus Award calculated by reference to a Target Bonus Award of $80,000 ($200,000 x 40%).
Target Bonus Award means the target bonus award potentially payable to a Participant in accordance with the target bonus percentage set forth in the Participant’s offer letter or other written agreement between the Participant and the Company, as such offer letter or agreement may be amended from time to time, or as otherwise determined or approved with respect to a Participant by the Committee or Designated Officer, as applicable. A Participant’s Target Bonus Award equals the product of such target bonus percentage and the Participant’s Base Compensation.
