Time and Material Rates definition

Time and Material Rates means Convenxia’s actual out-of-pocket costs (including, but not limited to, labour costs for Convenxia’s employees) plus 10%;
Time and Material Rates include a billing format where the Company charges for the time and materials to complete the requested services. The Company shall provide an itemized bill for every labor man-hour spent on the completing the service, as well as any materials purchased to effectuate the services.
Time and Material Rates means those rates as set forth in Schedule H comprising: (i) Contractor’s published or standard hourly rates for services, that are not warranty related, carried out at the Facility in effect at the time services are performed applied to the number of hours of such services including travel time, plus (ii) Reasonable travel and living expenses (including standard per diems, if applicable).

  • CAPPED TIME AND MATERIAL CHARGES Where Services for this Release are being delivered on a Capped Time and Materials Basis, the provisions of this paragraph 5.1 and the Time and Material Rates set out at paragraph 5.3.5 shall apply.

  • This will be paid at the Time and Material Rates set forth in Table 7 below.

  • The Customer understands and agrees that the amounts set forth in Exhibit A may change from time to time, and agrees to pay the amounts stated on the then current Rimage Time and Material Rates for services provided after the first anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Parts for any CUSTOMER request for Maintenance Service on items not listed as Covered Component(s) on the Sales Order will be billed at NEX-TECH’s then-current Time and Material Rates.

  • The Provider must include with its response a table of Time and Material Rates that shall apply in the event that it contracts with the Commission and be valid during the entire term of a contract including extensions.

  • This price shall be determined by the Time and Material Rates in effect at the time the work is performed (provided that in any case such price as per Time and Material rates does not exceed the standard market price).


More Definitions of Time and Material Rates

Time and Material Rates means: (a) if provided by Contractor (i) for services to be performed in the Facility by the Facility Work Force, the rates defined in Exhibit Q; or (ii) for all other services to be performed in the Facility by other personnel of Contractor than the Facility Work Force, Contractor’s world-wide applicable standard rates for services as in effect in the time of its performance (plus travelling and lodging expenses proven incurred by Contractor if Owner previously and expressly approves the performance of such services by non-local personnel) and/or Parts manufactured by Contractor as in effect at the time the Parts are shipped, as – in any case for such services and/or Parts – published by GE at xxxxx://xxxxx.0xxxxxx.xxx; or (b) if not provided by Contractor, the direct and duly evidenced costs of parts, materials and subcontracted labor and services purchased by Contractor, as shown by relevant invoices, together with a markup of 7.5% (seven and a half percent) of such invoices, if applicable; or (c) refurbished Parts, the standard market price, taking in consideration the lifespan of the relevant refurbished Part.
Time and Material Rates means the time and material rates set forth in Schedule E attached hereto.

Related to Time and Material Rates

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Normal weekly hours of work means the established standard work times and number of hours in the workweek for the position or, if standard work times and number of hours have not been established for the position, the work times and average number of hours per week actually worked by the employee in that position over the most recent 3 months before the employer files the application for designation as a participating employer.

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI means any information, relating to a company or its securities, directly or indirectly, that is not generally available which upon becoming generally available, is likely to materially affect the price of the securities and shall, ordinarily including but not restricted to, information relating to the following:

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • task-rated worker means a worker paid on the basis of the number of tasks completed;

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
