Transition Personnel definition

Transition Personnel has the meaning given in Section 5.1(b).
Transition Personnel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4 of this Exhibit.

More Definitions of Transition Personnel

Transition Personnel means, as of the Effective Date, the following employees of *****.
