Transition Personnel definition

Transition Personnel has the meaning given in Section 4.1(b).
Transition Personnel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4 of this Exhibit.
Transition Personnel means, as of the Effective Date, the following employees of *****.

Transition Personnel means the Potential Transition Personnel that accept Atari Interactive employment offers, in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.
