Transportation Management Plan definition

Transportation Management Plan means the transporter’s written plan consisting of both of the following:

More Definitions of Transportation Management Plan

Transportation Management Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.25 hereof. “Turnover Plan” means the plan developed by Concessionaire pursuant to the Technical Requirements that describes the process by which Concessionaire will take over operations and maintenance responsibilities from the Department for the Project, attached as Exhibit AA.
Transportation Management Plan or “TMP”), which will be undertaken in coordination with the Concessionaire’s Maintenance of Traffic Plan and Sequence of Construction Plan.
