This option requires a non-refundable Travel Plan Monitoring Fee (as identified in section 4.3.4.6) and the Travel Plan Performance Bond, repayable on successful completion of the TP or kept to implement remedial measures if the developer/owner does not comply with the agreement (as identified in section 4.3.3.7).
