Turret Systems means telecommunications equipment and software to enable communications (including voice, video and data) primarily among traders, counterparties and associated support personnel, but also among personnel involved in Command & Control communications. For purposes of this Paragraph (b), the term “Command & Control” shall include communications in the following four segments: (A) public safety, (B) federal, state and local government, (C) power, energy and utilities and (D) transportation. During the 24-month period following the Termination Date, upon request of the Company, the Participant shall notify the Company of the Participant’s then-current employment status.

Following termination of the Optionee’s employment with all member of the Company Group, upon request of the Company, the Optionee shall notify the Company of the Optionee’s then current employment status.   • Systems means servers, hardware systems, databases, circuits, networks and other computer and telecommunications assets and equipment.
