United Data definition

United Data means and include (i) all data and information submitted or transmitted to Administrator by United, including information relative to the Benefit Plans, Pharmacy Plan Specifications, Formularies, Members and United’s other programs, services, products and plans, (ii) any data and information submitted or transmitted to Administrator by a Governmental Authority or a third party in respect to United or the Benefit Plans, (iii) all data, records and information generated by Administrator as a result of, and which are related to, the performance of the Services for United or carrying out Administrator’s obligations under this Agreement, exclusive of information or documentation generated or created by Administrator for use in Administrator’s business generally or for use with multiple clients, (iv) lists and contact information for Members or prospective members, (v) all data, records and information generated by Administrator about the businesses or operations of United,
United Data means United Travel Data, United PNR Data, and United Site Data, as defined below, and United Content, as defined in the Agreement.
United Data means the United Rider Data and the United Driver Data.

  • ITN shall implement reasonable data protection measures and policies to protect the United Data and to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of United Data.

  • To the extent required by United, Ancillary Provider agrees to certify in writing at the time of submission to United, Data Agency, or other Data recipients designated by United, that all Data is to the best of its knowledge accurate and complete as defined above.

  • Notwithstanding the above, nothing contained herein (including the provisions of Section 21 Confidential Information) shall prohibit ITN from using or disclosing United Data in an aggregate or statistical composite form to perform the limited purposes described below in this Section 12(b).

  • ITN shall promptly notify United of any actual, threatened or suspected unauthorized disclosure, misuse or infringement of any United Data, and shall provide reasonable assistance to United in connection with protecting the rights of United.

  • Effective upon the Date of Acceptance and during the ------- term of this Agreement, ITN grants United a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and, except for the United Content and the United Data as defined above, retains all title and rights to the Services, all copies and derivative works thereof and all related documentation and materials.


More Definitions of United Data

United Data means any intellectual property provided by United or its agents to 1347 Advisors or its Representatives for use in connection with the Services (including intellectual property created by 1347 Advisors in performing the Services), including, but not limited to, any data, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, programming, computer code, databases, information, data, metadata, and other web content (including without limitation information identifying or otherwise relating to United’s claims, agents, customers, prospective claims, agents or customers, or any employees of United). 1347 Advisors shall only use the United Data in the form provided by United and solely in connection with this Agreement. United hereby grants to 1347 Advisors, solely for the performance of the Services a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access, operate, and use the United Data. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, (i) the rights granted to 1347 Advisors and its Representatives in this Section shall immediately revert to United, and (ii) 1347 Advisors shall (1) deliver to United, at no cost to United, a current copy of all United Data in the form in use as of the date of such termination and (2) completely destroy or erase all other copies of the United Data in 1347 Advisors’ or its Representatives’ possession in any form, including but not limited to electronic, hard copy or other memory device.
United Data means all data owned or controlled by United and its Subsidiaries, other than data owned and controlled by the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Limited Data Set shall have the same meaning as the term “limited data set” as set forth in as defined in 45 C.F.R. §164.514(e)(2).

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • State Data means all confidential information, non-public data, personal data, and protected health information that is created or in any way originating with the State whether such data or output is stored on the Department’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware, or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the Department or by the Contractor. State Data includes any federal data that the Department controls or maintains, that is protected under federal laws, statutes, and regulations. The Department reserves the right to identify, during and after the Contract, additional reasonable types of categories of information that must be kept confidential under federal and state laws.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
