Unvested RSUs definition

Unvested RSUs means, on a given date, the number of RSUs which remain unvested.
Unvested RSUs means the total number of RSUs multiplied by the Applicable Percentage at the time such RSUs are forfeited or such other applicable measurement date. The “Applicable Percentage” shall be (i) 100% until December 18, 2008, (ii) less 25% for each year of employment completed by the Participant with the Company from and after December 18, 2008, and (iii) zero on or after December 18, 2011. The total number of Unvested RSUs that become vested on each vesting date shall be referred to as a “Vesting Tranche”.
Unvested RSUs means all (i) outstanding awards of restricted stock units for Common Stock under the Company Stock Plans as of immediately prior to the Effective Time and (ii) awards of restricted stock units for Common Stock to be granted prior to the Effective Time as set forth in Section 7.1(l) of the Company Disclosure Letter to the extent they are granted prior to the Effective Time, in each case, that are unvested pursuant to their vesting terms as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

  • Unvested RSUs may vest before the time at which they would normally become vested - that is, the vesting of RSUs may accelerate.

  • Upon forfeiture, all of the Participant’s rights with respect to the forfeited Unvested RSUs shall cease and terminate, without any further obligations on the part of the Company.

More Definitions of Unvested RSUs

Unvested RSUs means any Match RSUs or Dividend RSUs which remain unvested as of the date of determination.
