Vendor Equipment definition

Vendor Equipment means any equipment, upgrades, switches and licensed or sub-licensed Software manufactured, or supplied to Borrower, by a Vendor.

  • Upon Company’s request, Vendor agrees to sell to Company or its designee for the fair market value thereof, the Vendor Equipment owned by Vendor then currently being used by Vendor solely to perform the terminated or expiring Services.
