Vendor Equipment the equipment (if any) owned by a Vendor and/or its suppliers, which is located either at Client Sites or the Vendor’s Sites (as applicable) in order to provide the Services;

• Upon Company’s request, Vendor agrees to sell to Company or its designee for the fair market value thereof, the Vendor Equipment owned by Vendor then currently being used by Vendor solely to perform the terminated or expiring Services.
