Voice Network means the infrastructure and other Network resources used to transport voice traffic associated with voice applications, including telephony, wireless, landline, voice over IP and voicemail. Voice Network Services means the Network Services as they relate to the Voice Network. WAN means a Textron WAN or a CSC WAN as applicable.

ANNEX I--EXHIBIT A DEFINITION OF COST This Exhibit A defines "Cost" for the purpose of Annex I.
