Work Item definition

Work Item means a line item or group of line items on a direct payment request for claimed costs for a task or increment in accordance with the schedule of corrective action costs under A.R.S. § 49-1054(C).
Work Item means each of the [***] ([***]) components of the Collaboration Program as set forth in Exhibit B.
Work Item means any document, comment letter, white paper, research, materials, survey, technical specification, standard, schema, API, publication, data model, data set, definition, dictionary, software code, directory, invention, technology or other work or materials, and any modifications, enhancements or improvements thereof, developed, created, prepared, authored, conceived or reduced to practice by Participant (solely or jointly with other participants or FDX) in connection with any Group Event. For clarity, “Works Items” includes derivative works, including derivative works of Shared Information, authored in connection with any Group Event.

Examples of Work Item in a sentence

  • Students with a child/adolescent focus complete their first practicum at the Belin-Blank Center.

More Definitions of Work Item

Work Item means publications, architecture, white papers and functional and technical specifications, but does not include software, firmware, mask works, computer programs or code. “Contributed Work Item” means a Work Item developed by a Member and designated in writing by such Member as “Contributed” to the PKI Forum. “Committee Work Item” is a Work Item that is created and fixed in a tangible form by an official Members working committee in the course and scope of that working committee’s activities for the primary purpose of advancing the PKI Forum’s goals and which has been identified in writing by the working committee as a Work Item of the PKI Forum.
Work Item shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(b) hereof.
Work Item means a definition of architecture, functions and services, interfaces and protocols. The Deliverable of a Work Item could be a Technical Specification.
Work Item means a collection of one or more events and alerts collected by the Atlas Platform requiring analysis by eSentire SOC Analysts.
Work Item means an Enhancement that meets the following criteria: (i) requires no more than 50 total hours of effort (e.g. design, development, testing, and implementation), and (ii) does not require a joint application development (JAD) session

Related to Work Item

  • The Work means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Contract Item or “Contract Items” means the list of items identified in Section

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
