Termination of the Agreement. 4.1 The Client will arrange a suitable time with the Owner’s Agent for an inspection of the Flat, or Flat and Room. The purpose of the inspection is to determine the condition of the Room and whether any charges are to be made. The Owner’s Agent will tell the Client within 10 working days of the end date on this Agreement if they propose to make any deductions from the Deposit.

Termination of the Agreement. (1) This Framework Agreement is of unlimited duration and both parties are entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement at any time by communication so to the other party with a reasonable notice period.
