If the number of people exceeds this maximum, the owner may refuse to accept additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of early departure of a greater number of people than those refused, no refund can be claimed.

If the number of persons present goes above the registered number the owner can refuse to accept those additional persons.
