Capacity the present contract is established for a maximum number of 5 people for chalet iorek and 6 people for xxxxxx Xxxxx and xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. If the number of people exceeds this maximum, the owner may refuse to accept additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of early departure of a greater number of people than those refused, no refund can be claimed.
Capacity. This contract has been drawn up showing a maximum capacity of 8 people. If the number of persons present goes above the registered number the owner can refuse to accept those additional persons. Any modification, or any breach of contract shall be considered as being at the guest’s initiative.
