Common use of Customer’s obligations Clause in Contracts

Customer’s obligations. The Customer undertakes to pay Cdiscount Advertising the amounts due under the GTCS and the related Inclusion Order(s). The Customer undertakes to comply with applicable laws, regulations and ethical rules (including those of ARPP, FEVAD and/or any other applicable charter). The Customer is fully and solely responsible for the Advertisement (text and/or visual elements) and the consequences thereof. Cdiscount Advertising will inform the Customer of any alert received in this regard. As appropriate, and without minimizing the Customer’s liability, Cdiscount Advertising may send the Customer recommendations aimed at ensuring compliance. The Customer undertakes to carry out the formalities and obligations tied to the exercise of its business, and notably those relating to regulations on audio-visual communications and the reports to be made to the competent authorities.
