Acknowledgement of Receipt means the document in the form of an Order Acknowledgement or Delivery Note or Technical Assistance Note.

The fact that the Customer does not sign the report for any reason whatsoever (omission, relinquishment, refusal) during the course of and/or at the end of the service will not release the Customer from his obligations to pay for works carried out under guarantee of payment or from his other obligations where he has requested and accepted that intervention, such acceptance constituting an Acknowledgement of Receipt.
