STAY PROCEEDINGS Arrival The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The campsite pitch can be occupied from 1:00 PM, and arrivals are possible until 7:00 PM. The rental accommodation can be occupied from 4:00 PM, and arrivals are possible until 7:00 PM (if later, please inform us so we can organize accordingly; depending on the arrival time, the campsite reserves the right to refuse your late arrival and accept you starting at 8:00 AM when the reception opens). Fifteen days before your arrival, a deposit of €300 will be requested by our partner Swikly. An inventory sheet to be checked within 24 hours will be provided upon request; any claim made after this period will not be considered. All clients must comply with the internal rules. Each tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by persons staying with them or visiting them. Departure On the departure date indicated in your contract: The pitch must be vacated before 12 PM. The rental must be vacated before 10 AM. The rental you are leaving will be checked between 8 AM and 10 AM. If it is vacated in perfect cleanliness, and without missing or damaged equipment, the deposit will be returned to you. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in case the costs exceed its amount. If the rental has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of €90 will be charged. For any delayed departure, an additional day may be charged at the current night rate. ANIMALS Pets (maximum 2) must be vaccinated and kept on a leash at all times. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are prohibited. Vaccination records must be up to date.
