Common use of Options Clause in Contracts

Options. Our campsite accepts requests for options made 40 days before the date of arrival. However, our campsite does not accept option requests made in July and August for stays taking place during these periods. The options are valid for 7 days. After this period, our campsite will consider the option expired and will be free to put the stay back on sale. ➢ Quotation If you request a quote, it will be valid for a limited period of time. This will be indicated on the quote sent by the campsite. After the validity date indicated, we cannot guarantee the availability or the price previously indicated. Additional services such as cancellation insurance will be systematically proposed in the quote by our teams. In case of refusal, we thank you to notify the campsite in writing. ➢Booking fees Our campsite offers reservation fees for rentals and bare pitches. ➢ No cooling-off period You should be aware that under section L. 000-00 00° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), there is no cooling-off period for travel-related products including accommodation, transport, hospitality and leisure services to be provided on a fixed date or for a fixed period. ➢ Maximum capacity For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants on each pitch/in each unit may not exceed the stated capacity (no more than 1 to 8 people depending on the capacity of the pitch/unit in question) including infants. If it becomes apparent when you arrive that your party exceeds the maximum capacity of your pitch/unit, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the pitch/unit you have booked and we will not refund you the price of your stay. ➢ Under-18s For safety reasons, and unless otherwise authorised by email prior to your arrival and at your request, we cannot accept children under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by their parents or grandparents or their legal tutor for the entire duration of their stay with us.
