RENTAL. Rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package ranges from 2 to 6 places, depending on the type of rental, water, gas, and electricity included. Sheets and linen are not provided (they can be added at an extra charge and upon reservation). It is strictly forbidden to sleep in the beds without using sheets or fitted sheets that cover all the bedding and the duvet provided. The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to families arriving with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation. Additional tents are not allowed on the rental pitch. All rentals are non-smoking.

RENTAL. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures before 10:00 (before your departure, make an appointment to the reception desk for the examination of your rental. The floors must be dry, the refrigerator thawed and the cleaning correctly done. The possible costs of restoration, the missing or deteriorated material, will be retained on your deposit.)   • Non-renonciation Le Prêteur ne sera pas considéré comme ayant renoncé à un droit au titre du Contrat ou de tout document s’y rapportant du seul fait qu'il s'abstient de l'exercer ou retarde son exercice.

  • Renonciation Le fait que l’une ou l’autre des Parties ne revendique pas l’application d’une clause quelconque du Contrat ou acquiesce à son inexécution, que ce soit de manière permanente ou temporaire, ne pourra être interprété comme une renonciation par cette partie aux droits qui découlent pour elle de ladite clause.

  • Charges Les charges (électricité, gaz, chauffage, etc.) sont comprises dans le loyer en ce sens qu’elles sont explicitement stipulées dans le contrat. Les charges non incluses dans le loyer sont décomptées à la fin de la durée de location et doivent être réglées en espèces et en CHF avant le départ. Les charges telles que les taxes de séjour ne sont en principe pas comprises dans le loyer.
