Right to cancel the purchase of a lot. (i) If you are a UK/EU consumer and the seller is not also a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase of a lot by following the procedure set out in H1(a)(iii) below. This cancellation right is not available for lots sold by consumers. If the seller of a lot is a consumer, the lot will be marked with the symbol ∍ in the Sale Particulars. .
