(a) ANNUAL WAGE. INCREASE Effective January 1, 2020 all current employees will receive a three percent (3%) wage increase. Effective January 1, 2020 all current Case Managers and all current Housing Navigators will receive an additional one percent (1%) wage increase as a market adjustment. The Employer will pay a one-time additional compensation of six hundred dollars ($600) to all bargaining unit employees actively employed on the date of ratification and hired before January 1, 2020. For those employees hired after January 1, 2020, the $600 one-time additional compensation of six hundred dollars will be prorated based on their hire date.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Payment of Annual Leave (a) If an employee takes annual leave during a period, the annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary pay immediately before the period begins.

  • Entitlement to Annual Leave For each year of service with the Employer a full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave.

  • Calculation of Annual Leave Pay Annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary weekly wage rate for ordinary hours for the period of annual leave (excluding shift allowances and weekend payments but including leading hand allowance); plus an amount equal to 17.5% of the amount

  • Taking Annual Leave (1) An employee may, on application approved by the Secretary, take annual leave in either of the following ways:

  • Sick Leave Annual Cash Out ‌ Each January, employees are eligible to receive cash on a one (1) hour for four (4) hours basis for ninety-six (96) hours or less of their accrued sick leave, if:

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual.   • Accumulation of Annual Leave A. During the first three (3) years of employment, a regular or limited term employee shall earn approximately five (5) hours and fifty-one (51) minutes of annual leave during each eighty (80) hour pay period (approximately one hundred fifty-two [152] hours per year), or a prorated amount for any pay period in which the employee is paid for less than eighty (80) hours.

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an employee will receive a loading calculated on the rate of wage prescribed by subclause 7.1.3. The loading shall be as follows:

  • Basic Annual Salary Employees with career appointments before February 15, 2013 shall be paid and earn step increases according to the rates and waiting periods described in Section 9.2A and outlined in Table One. Employees with career appointments on or after February 15, 2013 shall be paid and earn step increases according to the rates and waiting periods described in Section 9.2B and outlined in Table Two. The basic annual salary schedule, with proportional application to hourly rate employees, for all grades and steps for those employees covered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be increased as follows: Effective November 26, 2016 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.2% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016. Effective November 25, 2017 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.3% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016. Effective November 24, 2018 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.3% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016.
