You must never give your password to any one who asks for it by telephone or claims to represent ETC. ETC's employees do not need and should not ask for your password. Customer shall immediately notify SimpleVisit of any unauthorized use of Customer's account, including, without limitation, each password of an End User accessing the Service by means of Customer's account, or any other breach of this Agreement or any security breach known to Customer. SimpleVisit shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Customer's failure to comply with these requirements.

EVERYWHERE shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Customer’s failure to comply with these requirements.
