Upon logging onto the Platform and selecting to use the Service (i.e., by entering the username and the corresponding password), access will be granted to each User, and TransferMate will not be required to take any further steps to verify that the person accessing the Account is a User.
5.3.2. Each User's registration is for that User only. You agree that Users are prohibited from sharing their username and password with any other person, and to do so shall be a material breach of these Terms by You.
5.3.3. If You or Your Users forget the password for the Platform, You must contact Us and, upon satisfactory completion of verification procedures, We shall issue You with a new password via email.

Access and Passwords. 8.1. The Client agrees to provide the following to Online Consulting:
(a) FTP and other back-end access to the Client website, including full access to the metadata for the website.
(b) Permission to communicate directly with third parties, if necessary.
(c) Full access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
(d) Full access to all usernames, passwords, login details and codes, if required for Online Consulting to provide services to the Client.
(e) Permission to use the Client’s official email address for the purpose of requesting links, along with any necessary passwords.
(f) Authorisation for Online Consulting to generate content on other websites.

You are solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account by any person. Customer is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under Customer's account and all charges incurred in connection with use of the Service using Customer’s passwords. Customer shall immediately notify SimpleVisit of any unauthorized use of Customer's account, including, without limitation, each password of an End User accessing the Service by means of Customer's account, or any other breach of this Agreement or any security breach known to Customer. SimpleVisit shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Customer's failure to comply with these requirements.

Customer is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under Customer's account and all charges incurred in connection with use of the Service using Customer’s passwords. Customer shall immediately notify TCS of any unauthorized use of Customer's account, including, without limitation, each password of an End User accessing the Service by means of Customer's account, or any other breach of this Agreement or any security breach known to Customer. TCS shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Customer's failure to comply with these requirements.
