Access to Amenities. If after one (1) hour from the usual starting time where employees are prevented from using ablutions due to inclement weather, the Company will send employees home in accordance with clause 4.10(g) (below). Also, potential renewal tenants may benefit from negotiating with the landlord for the inclusion of amenities for the new rental term.

When Restricted Units are provided on-site in any location or configuration, the Qualified Residents shall have access equal to that of the owners and renters of the Market Rate Units. Such amenities shall include but not be limited to: parks, outdoor play areas, pools, exercise facilities and equipment, dog washing rooms, bicycle repair facilities, cafes, and similar on-site amenities. Further, the Developer shall provide the Restricted Units with the same level of services and maintenance as provided to other Market Rate Units on the Property.
