Access to Personnel and Equipment. Customer shall provide LogRhythm with access to Customer’s personnel and, at Customer’s discretion, its equipment during Support Hours. LogRhythm will, to the best of its ability, provide Support Services to Customer in accordance with Customer’s internal security and/or network access policies. If Customer requests Support Services for an Error that requires remote access and Customer is unable to provide such access, then Customer may elect to pay LogRhythm additional Support Fees and Expenses incurred for onsite Support Services. If Customer does not wish to pay for such onsite Support Services, LogRhythm’s obligation to provide any Resolution for the Error shall be excused.
Access to Personnel and Equipment. Customer shall provide Trustwave with access to Customer’s personnel and its equipment during Support Hours. This access must include the ability to remotely access the equipment on which the Supported Programs are operating and to obtain the same access to the equipment as those of Customer’s employees having the highest privilege or clearance level. Customer will provide information to Trustwave, as reasonably requested by Trustwave, for the purpose of enabling remote access. Based on such information, Trustwave shall inform Customer of the specifications of the remote access methods available and associated software needed, if any, and Customer shall be responsible for the costs and use of said equipment.

You must provide Visibility with access to your personnel and equipment, including the ability to remotely access the Software and to obtain the same access to the Software as your employees having the highest privilege or clearance level. Visibility will inform you of the specifications of the remote access methods available and associated software needed, and you will be responsible for the costs and use of said equipment.
Access to Personnel and Equipment. Trac Medical shall provide bConnected with access to Trac Medical's personnel and its equipment during Support Hours. This access must include the ability to remotely access the equipment on which the Supported Programs are operating and to obtain the same access to the equipment as those of Trac Medical's employees having the highest privilege or clearance level. bConnected will inform Trac Medical of the specifications of the remote access methods available and associated software needed, and Trac Medical will be responsible for the costs and use of said equipment.

This access must include the ability to dial-in to the equipment on which the Software are operating and to obtain sufficient access to the equipment to perform C1's obligations. C1 will inform BT of the specifications of the reasonable modem equipment and associated software needed, and BT will be responsible for the costs and use of said equipment.

This access must include the ability to remotely access the equipment on which the Supported Programs are operating and to obtain the same access to the equipment as those of Customer’s employees having the highest privilege or clearance level. Vericept shall inform Customer of the specifications of the remote access methods available and associated software needed, and Customer shall be responsible for the costs and use of said equipment.

Any such audit shall be contingent upon adherence to Customer End User’s security requirements, including any requirement for personnel to be cleared prior to accessing sensitive IT systems or facilities. Carahsoft, on behalf of Supplier shall give Customer End User notice of any Supplier requested audit. This access must include the ability to dial-in to the equipment on which the Serviced Programs are operating and to obtain the same access to the equipment as those of Client’s employees having the highest privilege or clearance level. Innerwall will inform Client of the specifications of the modem equipment and associated software needed, and Client will be responsible for the costs and use of said equipment.
Access to Personnel and Equipment. Customer shall provide Chordiant with access to Customer's personnel and its equipment during Support Hours. This access must include the ability to dial-in from Chordiant facilities to the equipment on which the Supported Programs are operating and to obtain the same access to the equipment as those of Customer's employees having the highest privilege or clearance level. Chordiant will inform Customer of the specifications of the modem equipment and associated software needed, and Customer will be responsible for the costs and use of said equipment.
