Accident or Emergency Clause Samples

The 'Accident or Emergency' clause defines the procedures and responsibilities that apply in the event of an unexpected incident or urgent situation during the course of an agreement or activity. Typically, this clause outlines the steps parties must take to report accidents, seek immediate assistance, and mitigate further harm, such as notifying authorities or providing first aid. Its core function is to ensure a clear, coordinated response to emergencies, thereby minimizing risk, protecting individuals involved, and clarifying liability in unforeseen circumstances.
