Additional Insured Requirements. The CGL Coverage and the Automobile Liability Insurance shall contain an endorsement naming the CITY and CITY's elected and appointed officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers as additional insureds.

Additional Insured Requirements. The required general liability and automobile policies are to contain, or be endorsed to contain the following provisions: a. The Developer’s insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought except, with respect to the limits of the insurer’s liability. d. Developer shall furnish properly executed Certificates of Insurance from insurance companies acceptable to the City and signed copies of the specified endorsements for each policy prior to commencement of work under this agreement. Such documentation shall clearly evidence all coverages required above including specific evidence of separate endorsements naming the City and shall provide that such insurance shall not be materially changed, terminated or allowed to expire except after 30 days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been filed with the City Clerk. Such insurance shall be maintained from the time work first commences until completion of the work under this agreement. Developer shall replace such certificates for policies expiring prior to completion of work under this agreement.
Additional Insured Requirements. The policies shall include, or be endorsed to include, the following provisions: On insurance policies where the County is named as an additional insured, the County shall be an additional insured to the full limits of liability purchased by the Licensee even if those limits of liability are in excess of those required by this Agreement.

Coverage provided by the Contractor shall not be limited to the liability assumed under the indemnification provisions of this contract. vi. The Additional Insured endorsement(s), where applicable to liability policies required under these provisions, and which extend policy rights to the Area Agency, shall insure only the vicarious liability to the extent stated in the Indemnification Clause.
Additional Insured Requirements. The Jefferson County School District 509J, its officers, directors and employees and appointed representatives, shall be added as additional insured with respect to this job. All Commercial General Liability insurance policies will be endorsed to show this additional coverage.

SHOULD ANY OF THE POLICIES DESCRIBED HEREIN BE CANCELLED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE THEREOF, THE INSURER AFFORDING COVERAGE WILL ENDEAVOR TO MAIL 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER NAMED HEREIN, BUT FAILURE TO MAIL SUCH NOTICE SHALL IMPOSE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND UPON THE INSURER AFFORDING COVERAGE, ITS AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES .
Additional Insured Requirements. The following must be named as additional insureds on all Liability Policies for liability arising out of project workCity of Sheboygan and its officers, council members, agents, employees and authorized volunteers. On the Commercial General Liability Policy, the additional insured coverage must be as broad as ISO form CG 20 10 07 04 and also include Products – Completed Operations additional insured coverage as broad as ISO form CG 20 37 07 04 or their equivalents for a minimum of 3 years after acceptance of work. This does not apply to Workers Compensation or Professional Liability Policies.
