Additional Training/Qualifications. The opportunity for any additional training/qualifications will be afforded to the most senior employee possessing the qualifications for the position. Qualifications for any new positions shall be determined by the Company based on requirements mandated by the Customer. Should training needs dictate, such additional training/qualification opportunity will be offered to the most senior qualified instructor.

Additional Training/Qualifications. Established Teacher To qualify for a compensation unit a teacher expecting to earn a Masters Degree or three hours of graduate credit in the evaluation year must make a written application to the Administration Office by July 1. New Hire In order to qualify for the Bachelor’s +15 Hours lane a new teacher must have the appropriate total number of semester credits earned after completion of a Bachelor’s degree, and these additional hours must meet one of the following criteria: a. All be graduate hours taken on an approved Master’s degree program, or b. Upon prior written approval of the Superintendent’s Office, all hours must be graduate credit and may be taken to (1) complete an additional subject endorsement(s), or (2) maintain existing subject endorsement(s), or c. Written approval for undergraduate credit is granted in advance by the Superintendent’s Office to (1) complete an additional subject endorsement(s), or (2) maintain additional subject endorsement(s). In order to qualify for the Master’s +15 Hours lane a teacher must have the appropriate total number of semester hours of credit earned after completion of a Master’s degree, and these additional hours must meet one of the following criteria: a. Additional Training/Qualifications. (a) Bachelors In all cases, in order to qualify for the twelve (12), twenty-one (21), and thirty-six (36) semester hours above the Bachelors degree, the hours must be in the licensed area or education classes. All credit hours must be earned from an institution accredited by one of the six (6) regional accrediting agencies (New England, Middle State, North Central, Northwest, Southern, and Western) and approved by the Indiana Department of Education.

  • Upgrading Qualifications ‌ Where the Employer requires an employee to upgrade their skills or qualifications in order to operate or maintain new equipment, the cost of training and normal living and travel expenses as laid down in this agreement will be borne by the Employer.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(y), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • What Are the Qualifications for Charitable Donations The Pension Protection Act of 2006 allows Xxxx XXX holders who are RMD age or older at the time of a distribution to annually exclude qualified charitable distribution amounts up to $100,000 per year from gross income. The provision was made permanent by the PATH Act of 2015. A qualified charitable distribution must be made payable directly to the qualified charity as described in Section 170(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Distributions from SEP or SIMPLE IRAs do not qualify for this type of designation.
