AIRLINE DIVISION OF CUPE SALARY CONTINUANCE PROGRAM. 22.05.01 The Company contribution to the plan will be 1.07% of total monthly gross earnings of those employees in the plan without a maximum. 22.05.02 The Company will deduct from each employee participating in the plan, such amount as may be decided by the Union from time to time subject to the conditions set forth hereunder. 22.05.03 The amount shall be deducted from employees on a monthly basis, and shall be remitted to the Union, along with the Company's contribution, as may be mutually agreed, but not later than fourteen (14) days following the pay date the deductions were made. 22.05.04 At the termination of each block month, the Company will provide the Union with a list of all those employees who were on Workers' Compensation for the previous block month or part thereof. The list will include employee number, name, location and number of days on Workers' Compensation. 22.05.05 The Union will provide the Company In-Flight Service Headquarters, on a monthly basis, with a list of all those employees receiving both short and long term disability benefits. 22.05.06 All requests for changes to the aforementioned procedures by the Union will be forwarded to, and discussed with, the Company not less than sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated date of the requested change.

  • Salary Continuance The Employer will continue the salary and benefits coverage of an Employee who is granted leave without pay in accordance with Article 13.01 and will bill the relevant Union for the Employee’s salary. If the leave extends beyond three calendar months, the Employer will, from that point, bill the relevant Union 1.2 times the Employee’s salary until the leave is concluded.

  • Salary Continuation If the Executive becomes totally disabled during the term of this Agreement, his full salary shall be continued for 360 days from the date of the disabling injury or onset of the disability illness.

  • Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.

  • Benefit Continuation (a) For leaves taken pursuant to Clause 21.1, 21.2 and 21.3 the Employer shall maintain coverage for medical, extended health, dental, group life and long-term disability, and shall pay the Employer’s share of these premiums. (b) Notwithstanding Clause 21.4(a) above, should an employee be deemed to have resigned in accordance with Clause 21.5 the Employer will recover monies paid pursuant to this clause.

  • Salary Severance A single, lump sum payment equal to twelve (12) months of the Executive’s Salary, less applicable withholdings.

  • Vacation Pay on Termination An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.

  • Vacation Pay Upon Termination When an employee in the bargaining unit is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.

  • Sick Leave Bonus ‌ For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.
